Sienna Girl Jones is led by Principal Consultant, Dr. Astrid Williams, an award-winning professional with extensive experience in the beauty and wellness space. Her work is rooted at the intersection of beauty, wellness, and culture. She is dedicated to raising standards across industries by pushing boundaries, championing equity, and cultivating meaningful relationships with key stakeholders—guided by ethical marketing, brand integrity, and a commitment to redefining what beauty can and should be.

Dr. Williams earned her Bachelor of Science from UCLA and went on to receive both her Master’s and Doctor of Public Health in Health Promotion & Education from Loma Linda University. Her academic and professional training provide a distinctive lens on the intersection of health and beauty equity, and she remains deeply committed to advancing this work across industries.

She serves as a member of the California Department of Public Health Black Health Equity Advisory Group (BHEAG), an Advisory Board Member for the Campaign for Safe Cosmetics Non-Toxic Black Beauty Project, and a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She is also Co-Chair of the National Beauty Justice Coalition and serves as faculty in higher education. In addition, she is the Founder of the Black Beauty Collective—a community dedicated to redefining beauty on its own terms while nurturing self-worth and cultivating authentic sisterhood rooted in wellness, style, and confidence.
