THE FOUNDER

Beauty speaks volumes. But in a landscape where culture moves fast, and trust is hard-earned, a great aesthetic is no longer enough. The most enduring brands are built on cultural relevance, unwavering integrity, and a point of view that commands attention — and that's exactly what we help you build.

At Sienna Girl Jones, we partner with beauty brands, wellness companies, and socially-conscious organizations to develop strategies that are insight-driven, equity-centered, and designed to create lasting market impact.

Dr. Astrid Williams brings a combination that is almost impossible to find in one person: the academic rigor of a Doctor of Public Health, the cultural fluency of someone who has spent her career at the intersection of beauty, wellness, and equity, and the strategic sharpness of a consultant who knows how to turn vision into measurable impact.

She holds a Bachelor of Science from UCLA and a Master's and Doctorate in Health Promotion & Education from Loma Linda University. That foundation shapes every engagement because when Dr. Williams develops your strategy, it's informed by research, rooted in culture, and built to hold up.

Her institutional credibility speaks for itself. She serves on the California Department of Public Health's Black Health Equity Advisory Group, as an Advisory Board Member for the Campaign for Safe Cosmetics Non-Toxic Black Beauty Project, and as Co-Chair of the National Beauty Justice Coalition. She is a faculty member in higher education and the Founder of the Black Beauty Collective.

Organizations don't just hire her for what she knows — they bring her in for who she is in these spaces, and the access, trust, and authority she carries within them.

Our approach is direct. We work with organizations that are serious about cultural relevance, brand integrity, and meaningful market impact — and we help them get there with clarity and precision.

This is where intention meets Impact. If you're building something that matters and you're serious about doing it right, we want to be in the room.

With intention,
